Automatically adjusts speeds to match demand, providing uniform tension on film unwind and scrap wind-up. • Adjustable cross seal jaw opening up to 8”. Electronic restriction of opening. • Programmable Logic Controller with a L.E.D. Operator Control Panel. Seal temperature controllers integrated into PLC. The operator control panel provides four (4) memory locations to save product set-ups. • Hand cranks and sliding infeed conveyor for ease of adjustment of mechanical changes. Scales on mechanical adjustments allow operators to easily return to prior set-ups. • Film perforator to controlled air evacuation and provide quality shrink results. • Film support bar with “air injection system” • Casters and leveling legs providing adjustable conveyor height from 34” to 36”. • Separator bar providing powered separation of centerfolded film.
