Cartoner Semi Automatic | | Cartoners erect cartons from blanks. The cartons are then loaded with product (either automatically or manually depending on the machine) and seal using either glue or the cartons\\\' own flaps which are tucked into each other. There are many different types of cartons. Open end, deep draw, tray type, wrap-around, specialty, cartons with extra panels, unusual shapes, with partitions, pouring spouts, windows, glued tabs, glued seams, glue spots and automatic glued bottoms as well as various type of tuck closures. Cartoners, sometimes called boxers can be manual, automatic or semiautomatic. They may be loaded vertically or horizontally. All types of fillers can be mounted and integrated to fill the cartons. Inserters can be added for coupons or leaflets. Coders and printers can be added as well as scanning and photo systems. |
